John C.
Legal Faculty Member

John Cuddy has practiced law in Toronto for 27+ years, managing a wide spectrum of files, and representing clients, in every type of court or tribunal, and all members of Toronto’s diverse communities. His client base consisted mainly of working persons.

While always recognizing that education never stops with the granting of a diploma, John was able to obtain three of them from the University of Toronto: BA (English), MA (Medieval Studies), and an LLB.

He has been instructing in Adult Education for over 3 years.

Arian S.
Legal Faculty Member

Arian is a Bachelor of Law/International Law Graduate who has practiced in Canada and overseas. He also holds an honors diploma in the Paralegal Communications & Immigration Practitioner Programs (Seneca College.)

Arian has 15+ years of immigration experience (Allan S. Blott Q.C. Professional Corporation of Lawyers) bringing a myriad of real-life examples to his sessions.

He has been an ICCRC Licensed Immigration Consultant since the profession was regulated in 2004.

Marcelo A.
Legal Faculty Member

Marcelo has 15+ years of experience as a lawyer and practiced in areas such as Contract Law and Contract Litigation.

His law degree is from Western Ontario and he also studied at Case Western Reserve University Law School (Cleveland, Ohio,) as a recipient of the Canada/US Law Institute Grant.

Marcelo is also an experienced Business Consultant and Guest Lecturer. He has been instructing for over 6 years.

Nia G.
Legal Faculty Member

Nia is a Barrister and Solicitor and member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.

She is the founder/owner of NGM Law Professional Corporation and has extensive experience in personal injury and civil litigation.

In addition to representing clients during settlement negotiations, Nia has successfully appeared before the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (“FSCO”). Nia also volunteers at the Canadian Mental Health Association, Women’s Legal Education and Action Fund, Pro Bono Students Canada and Lawyers Feed the Hungry.

Rodica T.
Legal Faculty Member

Rodica is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant and a member of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC).She has over 18 years of experience in Civil and Immigration Law and her clientele originate from across the world. 
Previously, she practiced as a lawyer overseas giving her additional perspective when it comes to immigration matters.In private practice, Rodica specializes in on Immigration & Refugee Protection Act of Canada.

Hamsha M.
Medical Office Assistant and Health Unit Coordinator Program Instructor

Hamsha is a licensed Registered Nurse and has earned an Honors BSc And a BSc in Nursing from the University of Toronto.

She has 7+ years of clinical experience in Medical & Radiation Oncology, Labour & Delivery and Community & Mental Health Nursing. She has worked in institutions such as Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Princess Margaret Hospital, Hospital for Sick Children and Mount Sinai Hospital.

Hamsha is an active member of the College of Nurses of Ontario and the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario. With over 5 years of academic teaching experience, Hamsha is known for her encouraging & supportive academic environment.

Reza K.
Learning Coach

Reza holds a BSc in Solid-State Physics and has experience in Computer Science and education. He is also an MIT graduate certified in Data Analysis & Data Mining.

He has extensive knowledge of Computer Programming and is a Database Developer & Administrator. As a Business Solutions Developer Reza is focused on Business Data Analytics in corporations.

He has 16+ years of teaching background and is a Certified Facilitator of the INTEGRATED LEARNING™ SYSTEM (ILS.)

Louisa T.
Business Administration Coach

Louisa is a Business Administration graduate from Academy of Learning and a Certified Facilitator of the INTEGRATED LEARNING™ SYSTEM (ILS.)

She has 18+ years of experience in Accounting & Administration and is an expert in Microsoft Office, Windows Operation Systems, QuickBooks Premier and ACCPAC ERP.

Louisa has 4+ years of experience as a Certified Campus Coach and is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Kambiz F.
Learning Coach

Kambiz has a Bachelor of Science and an Engineering Degree from Iran University of Science & Technology and practiced his specialty for 10+ years in North America.

He is also a Network Administrator, holds his CompTIA A+ Certification and is experienced in managing networks and supporting PC environments.

Kambiz is a Certified Facilitator of the INTEGRATED LEARNING™ SYSTEM (ILS.)

Melissa manages her own business and is qualified to support her clients as a licensed Paralegal or ICCRC licensed Immigration Consultant.

She has over 6 years of teaching experience and incorporates a wide variety of real life examples into her lectures and assignments.She is a member the Law Society of Upper Canada (2009) and an ICCRC licensed Immigration Consultant (2007.)

Colin K.
Legal Faculty Member 

Colin is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant and member of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC).In his 8+ years of business experience, he has served hundreds of clients including international students and foreign workers. 
Previously, Colin spent 6 years at Rosenblatt Associates (a Canadian Immigration Law firm) as a Case Manager and then as a Client Services Manager.
Colin also holds a Master’s Degree from Ryerson University specializing in Immigration & Settlement studies.

Monica C.
Medical Faculty Member
Monica has over 30 years of experience as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) and Registered Nurse (RN). Her expertise is in Community Nursing, Medicine, and Psychiatry.
She believes that putting the needs of the patient first and providing a safe space for patients are integral to the duties of a Personal Support Worker.Monica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) from York University

Mathew M.
Logistics and Supply Chain Operations Instructor 
Matthew has been specializing in the field of Logistics for over 5 years and owns and operates his own company. He operates in Canada and has trading alliances with organizations in Mexico, Spain, and Greece.
Matthew’s is also an experienced Trader and he brings this expertise to his classroom.He holds a Forum for International Trade Training (FITT) Diploma in International Trade and an International Business Administration Advanced Diploma.

Michael R.
Legal Faculty Member 
Michael is a lawyer, mediator, management consultant and trainer. He has over 15 years of experience providing professional advisory (legal) services to business, government, and non-profit organizations.  In his private practice, he specializes in family law.
Michael has a Master’s of Law (York University-Osgoode Hall) and a Master’s in Applied Psychology (University of Toronto-OISE).He has volunteered for a diverse group of organizations throughout his career & is currently working with abused animals.

Gina is a graduate of the Medical Office Administrator program from the Toronto School of Business. Her experience spans nearly 22 years and includes working as a Medical Office Administrator, Senior  Medical Secretary, and Medical Transcriptionist. 

Joe R.
Medical Faculty Member
Joe has over 18 years of work experience in the Healthcare field.  He has worked as a Personal Support Worker and as a Nurse in a variety of Long Term Care and Community Settings.  He has also worked with autistic children, mental health patients and adults with disabilities.
Joe has been teaching Personal Support Worker (PSW) students for 6+ years.  As a Registered Practicing Nurse, he presents wellness seminars throughout the GTA. He is known as a compassionate and dedicated instructor.
